    Two words, bed bugs. Moved in March broke my lease in June because of the bed bugs which I had since March. Now Im sleeping on the floor until I can afford a mattress/furniture. Oh, and I have scars all over my body because of the bites. ****************** Update, I never had bedbugs when I moved in and when I moved into the apartment all of sudden I start getting bites from them? Call me stupid but Im pretty sure that means it came from your place. Also that photo was taken on my bed which was in your apartment and I did ask for help but your property manager wasnt helpful and when I showed her the photo she said it looked to big for a bedbug. Okay, sorry I didnt grab a coin or a ruler to show her the exact measurements for the bedbug.

    Do not live here. Hannah (management) hasnt responded to our requests. We have had problems since moving in in December. When our apartment was flooding this past weekend Hannah told the maintenance guy to tell us that it was her birthday & she will respond when she can. They say there is AC there is no AC, we had to buy our own AC unit after requesting a unit multiple times - our dog passed away from the excessive heat wave due to this. Feel free to message me if you are considering living here and want to hear about mine and others horrible experience here. Also we have black mold in our shower/walls

    Summary: not a fan, would not recommend. Three different contracting companies worked on the "renovations," so each apartment will have its own unique set of issues. The flooring in our unit starting cracking within two months of moving in. The leasing office was immediately made aware but made no effort to address the issues until right before our 12 month lease ended. Each crack worsened until we eventually we had several holes in the flooring that we were navigating around by the time we moved out. As the flooring worsened, we continuously reached out to the leasing office and were only met with excuses and delays. In the summer, our apartment and any other apartment near a tree was full of elm bugs. We were sweeping away piles and piles of these small bugs all summer long, and pest control rarely comes to the property and did little to nothing to abate the issue. Security is nonexistent. There are cameras all over the parking lot, but none of them are actually plugged in. For our own sense of safety, we had to buy our own doorbell camera. There were several instances of cars driving through the grass area in the middle of the apartments, reports of theft, broken windows, cars camping out at the back of the lot/complex and more. The only saving grace for our time there was the facilities manager for the complex. He was always friendly and helpful!

    This is the worst complex Ive ever seen! My sis in law lives here and every time we visit it is god awful hot due to no AC unit even though they advertise this. The management always has some family or other event that is more important than catering to tenants needs. Not to mention multiple units flooding resulting in no use of their toilet, shower, or water necessities. They have had, at multiple times this past week, at least an inch of standing water on the floor. This has resulted in weeping floor boards that bow and bend with every step! These are not livable conditions especially due to the black mold throughout the apartment. Through all this the management has been no help, only offering to terminate their lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. There are several fake 5 star reviews from the employees that work here. We are the 3 of 4 apartments in our unit that will be exiting our lease early due to Deficient Conditions of living. No AC like listed, constant flooding and mold which HANNAH and DANIELLE both ignored and stated they were at other properties in ogden or a birthday dinner. I had to sweep toxic sewer water away from our belongings while no one was on the property to assist.
