I followed my former tenant to your apartments, she is mean and vindictive, she sent videos of the living conditions to the housing authority, the city and the health department. She paid housing to say that I failed the housing quality standards, I don't have to follow their rules. I have spent the whole summer trying to find out where she lives and to warn people she's mean, I don't care how many places I need to contact but I will make sure she and those kids are homeless.

Lead maintenance. Has no heart. He don't follow towing laws he picks and choose to harass. I've lived here for a year now. With in the first 2 months I lived here my truck was towed 3 time 2 of them in December. I had no way of getting it out. Keep in mind I pay for parking and with no assigned parking spaces. These are income based apartments. There are so many things wrong with these apartments. I have black mold everywhere. If your not flirting with him. Watch out. Just keep in mind to be more thoughtful of what one might be going through. Instead of kicking them down every week. Communication GO'S both ways. On a positive note Robert is amazing he's always very respectful and does a good job. GO ROBERT.

I am very happy with the maintenance men. They are very helpful and always are prompt when I need something from them. My air conditioning went out and they brought me a window unit the same day and that was a life saver

Allen,Robert,Mikaela They work really good and respond fast and work extra hard to satisfy us with the most and they are really nice and understanding people I love them so much. Let's hope they stay working here for a long time.
