        Overall my experiences have been great. The staff overall have been courteous, helpful and professional. The upkeep and maintenance of the grounds, facilities and buildings, and the timely responses to workorders have been more than sufficient.

        I would strongly discourage anyone from moving here. Moving out was the happiest day of my life. The only plus is Chance who is one of the maintenance guys who is awesome, but hes so short staffed and doesnt have a lot of help. The management team is TERRIBLE and good luck ever getting ahold of them. They never call back either and its the most frustrating thing ever. Maintenance request are pointless because they either dont actually get fixed, or they give excuses as to how long its going to take. It was so bad they sent out an email at one point stating if anyone made bad reviews or criticized them, they could have their lease terminated. That tells you something right there People let their animals poop all over and they dont ever do anything to the people when they do not pick it up. Its gross not even being able to walk in the grass if you want without worrying about stepping in poop. For the prices they are now charging, I wouldnt even think about it. They are not luxury apartments by any means and only update with new appliances. Beware if youre going to live here.
