The new managers are great especially Jason the maintenance manager, and Sam in the front office. Really friendly place at a decent price- the renovated units are a good deal and the new owners/managers are certainly on the right track to make this place much nicer! Gas stoves are HUGE and the place feels very homey and cozy. Newly renovated floors and carpets make the place seem clean and nice. Parking is convenient. This is the best value for working professionals living downtown!

These apartments are in desperate need of some changes, I shouldve read the reviews more better before deciding to live here and now its one of my biggest regrets. Management is terrible, there is no apartment manager only a leasing manager named Sam who is absolutely no help, so if you need anything or want to complain about anything it wont be addressed until weeks later or not at all even if you email or call more than once, very non responsive to tenants. Its nearly impossible to get anything done here, if something is wrong with the apartment it takes weeks to months for it to be fixed. They have missed payments on utilities that are supposed to be payed by the apartments when rent is paid. Just an overall terrible living experience, I can not wait until this lease is up, feels more like a prison sentence.
