Liberty Square

I have loved living at Liberty Square the office and the maintenance. Staff have been amazing and they are always very helpful.

Living here three years with three different office managers. Nothing gets fixed in my apartment. Paid my rent once through a so call secure slot. Office didn't get it. When I contacted the money order company for a new money order the old one all of a sudden turned up. Drugs and tobacco use are allowed in your apartments even though rules say no. When you don't get things fixed in your apartment that means cowboy properties wants you out, for no other reason but they simply don't like you.

Have lived in the townhouse for a little over a month now. It has been great. Gloria at the front desk has been awesome and helpful throughout the move in process and getting settled in. Rudy has been extremely helpful with maintenance and resolving maintenance requests promptly. The unit itself is super quiet/clean and I never hear my neighbors. The complex is gated and, while I was initially concerned about homeless people roaming (from prior reviews), I dont think i've seen a single homeless person inside the gated complex. No one has messed with any of my delivered packages. Truly cant beat the location--close to downtown, restaurants, walking areas, and the University! Really happy I was able to get a townhouse here.

As for the apartments at Library Square we don't get the care as maybe the townhouses. The apartments are low income. So when we had issues with ants I bought what was needed. I am a tenant who managers here don't like because when there are issues I speak out so I am on their bad list. That I know because I was never introduced to her yet the first interaction with her she knew my name and apartment number and this complex is not small.
