Ana is the complex manager and has been nothing but AMAZING! The area itself is rough, given we are downtown, but the management and team here has been working really hard to turn things around. I can already see changes in the little amount of time Ive been here!

We moved in a few months ago and the 1st thing to interested us was the old architecture with history the building offered. Now at first it was a little bumpy and then the new current manager Ana took over.! Then things got smooth and things started getting done. Ana is awesome to work with and the place inside is very quite! Please if your interest in the above things and also its very affordable. It's right downtown and in walking distance to City Creek and other restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Come visit Ana and the property you will be impressed! The Smith's

Im debating whether to post 4 stars or 5 stars my initial experience with Eleanor Rigby was sub-par. I originally applied to a unit other than the one I was sold on. My unit was leased to me with property management knowing the AC was broken during the hottest summer in Utah on record without correction until the heat even calmed down. The correction from the previous property manager was to offer a single box unit to cool 4 rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). I wound up living in a hotel most nights due to temps in my apartment reaching 100+ Property management has changed (hence the 5-star review). Ana, the current manager and Mick from maintenance (as of this review) have been great. Shes very responsive and proactive, despite her managing 2 other properties. Within 2 weeks of her starting the AC was fixed, and the minor issues Ive had that werent resolved by the previous management have been changed (ex: I was never given instructions in activating internet, didnt know I had a mail box, didnt have access to the parcel lockers, didnt have a proper parking pass, etc). Pros of living here: Beautifully remodeled units in a historic building Close proximity to downtown (several things in walking distance, including Harmons grocery and convenience stores) In-unit laundry units Fairly spacious considering the age of the buildings Although a previous review states that theres screaming and fights at all hours of the night, I have found this quite quiet There have been no notice of mice/bugs on my part Staff and neighbors are friendly Mail locker to ensure that your packages are delivered securely Small fitness center that has spin bikes and free weights Cons of living here: The surrounding properties are quite run-down so some of your neighbors are kind of questionable The state has put a homeless resource center a few buildings down so there are quite a few transients that will harass you for money Parking can be difficult if you dont pay for a paid stall All-in-all the cons are things outside of the control of the property, and they do their best to negate it. Also, that is part of living in a downtown setting that anyone would experience at any property. Would definitely recommend viewing the property in person to be certain this is the right fit for you, as for me Im perfectly content with the price and atmosphere. Dont plan on leaving soon and am comfortable where Im at.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago, and Ana is such a great manager. She is so bubbly, Outgoing and is on top of any issues you may have. Any of the bad reviews i think came from old management. The new management is absolutely amazing in my eyes.. the people here are all so friendly , the historic building and windows are so beautiful and the front room is so spacious.

Pros of living here:
Beautifully remodeled units in a historic building
Close proximity to downtown (several things in walking distance, including Harmons grocery and convenience stores)
In-unit laundry units
Fairly spacious considering the age of the buildings
Although a previous review states that theres screaming and fights at all hours of the night, I have found this quite quiet
There have been no notice of mice/bugs on my part
Staff and neighbors are friendly
Mail locker to ensure that your packages are delivered securely
Small fitness center that has spin bikes and free weights
Cons of living here:
The surrounding properties are quite run-down so some of your neighbors are kind of questionable
The state has put a homeless resource center a few buildings down so there are quite a few transients that will harass you for money
Parking can be difficult if you dont pay for a paid stall
All-in-all the cons are things outside of the control of the property, and they do their best to negate it.
