I gave them my $435 security deposit, they cashed it out and let me wait for 2 months without giving me the studio i applied for. They lied to me and wasted my time for nothing. I have a very disappointing experience with that place. They put up a studio for rent that is not ready yet and keep receiving people application and money for it. That is very dishonest and unfair. Why would someone put up a place that is not ready for rent on the marketplace place and keep taking people's money for it? To me it is lying and stealing from people. I would never recommend anybody to go apply in that place. I had to go back and forth for so many times without being satisfied and ended up retrieving my application.

I've been living here for 4 months now and really like it here. It's close to downtown, my apartment has large windows with tons of natural light and a balcony, nice updated floors and kitchen appliances and counters. The complex and parking situation, going in and out feels very safe. The entrances are key fobbed. I believe there are also low income housing options for this complex? One main reason I chose this place was because of the hardwood floors and it is semi newly built. I lived in moldy apartments in a different state for years that caused me a ton of health problems. This complex is clean and free of mold, at least my apartment is, which I think is great for low income housing because mold usually hits low income households the worst. I haven't seen any roaches or bug problems at all, hope that doesn't change. The girls that run the office are super nice, never have had issues. Worst part is it's right next to the train tracks so those are loud but I think the positives outweigh the negatives by far.
