        Lived here for 13 months. A small 2 bedroom with a balcony you can hardly stand on was $3000/month plus energy and electric. Area has horrible traffic and construction, they charge you for utilities for the entire building and your unit, overwhelming homeless presence and the building was disgustingly filthy. You can find rent for half as much a few blocks away. Avoid at all costs.

        I have lived in these apartments for over a year now. I will say that Veronica, Heather, Heidi, and all other staff, including Mike, the maintenance man are AMAZING!!!! They are so helpful, attentive and get on a problem, immediately. They make sure that the place is running as smoothly as possible and I am grateful to have such wonderful staffing at Dixon. I would recommend to family or friends, any day!

        This property is so pretty! Really high end finishes, a huge gym with nice equipment, and great area. You can walk to a lot of great restaurants. The management and maintenance is also AMAZING!
