Alaska Airlines - Salt Lake City

Missed my flight (my fault) by 2 minutes. They were not very accommodating or helpful and both employees had very poor attitudes. Went down the way to Delta and got amazing customer service.

Flight delayed 3 times, no notifications from airlone. no help from staff, been waiting at SLC for 9 hours. Absolute joke of an airline. Never flying with these clowns again

First flight cancelled and told 10 mins before supposed to board, of course this happened after 2-3 delays. Stood for almost 2 hours including trying to just get back my luggage that hadn't even left the airport. I understand things happen and it's snowy, but it's nice if the passengers were told up front and there was an attendant willing to help the giant crowd of people trying to leave to Seattle. Next day came back with new ticket and had delayed flight 4 hours after initial boarding time, finally got on, but leading up to our departure Alaska Airlines was trying to rebook with people who were almost certain they wouldn't get to Seattle that day. Many people stood in that line giving up their seat because they were afraid the flight would cancel again. We were told several times to rebook over the intercom. Turns out Alaska Airlines was selling seats to other people trying to get to Seattle. Sketchiest airline I've dealt with.
