I was harassed and cussed out on my phone by this company's representative in California for canceling when they couldn't provide license and bonding information. They kept calling and calling even after I told them to stop. Then another person claiming to be the owner called and use profanity at me. I blocked all of them. I'm so glad I cancelled!

recently had my air ducts cleaned by Purple Ducts and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. Highly recommend!

Not impressed, I scheduled the time slot between 11-2 pm get a call at 8 am and I am told they cant really do later even though thats what I originally scheduled days prior. He offered to come in on Saturday at 10 am, doesnt show, doesnt call or answer calls or messages. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism here. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
