Ive lived in St. George for over 10 years and have been coming to this gnc for years. But recently I had went in to buy simple products, proteins, and vitamins. The sales Rep Nate had enrolled me that day for a reoccurring bill called GNC Routines I did not authorize or subscribed to it. The sales rep Nate had enrolled me without my permission leading to me being billed 3 months later for the same exact proteins and vitamins. This was very unprofessional and unethical. He tried to say it was the system and denied it was him. I dont know if he was incentivized or something to enroll customers but it was wrong. Diana at cooperate was very helpful with getting my refund and canceling the order. But be careful with the sales rep Nate at this location! If I can do 0 stars I would

Haha ok so theres no way what I experienced at this store last night was even real but it actually was. Possibly the craziest and worst customer service experience of all time. The employees were fighting, first of all, and neither of them had any idea what they were doing. One of the computers was down, which seems to be common at this location. One of the workers couldnt have been older than 17, and he was wearing a puffy coat that had Playboy written across it, was super disrespectful and disengaged. The other was a lady who was extremely argumentative and seemed super annoyed to be there. I just stopped by to get preworkout and pick up my free pro-box. It took them like thirty minutes to figure out how to do the transaction, and the lady was bossing the kid around and then started bossing me around on how to properly insert my debit card, like thanks I had no idea I had to insert it. I mentioned Id like to use my points, and she said to do it next time, I said no Id like to do it this time, and it was as if I had inconvenienced her terribly. It was taking too long, so I said Ill just take the pro box and come back for the prework out, and the kid with a straight face looked at me and said that would be shoplifting. So add raw accusation to the experience for using a colloquialism. I know its hard to find good help these days but gosh.. at least do better than this. Will not be going back!
