Advanced Health Care and Home Health team is amazing! They are great to communicate with and provide the best care. They are a great source that we would go too immediately. They are willing to move mountains to assist with the needs of a loved one!

They were giving me insulin without seeing if I'd eaten or checking my sugar levels. My sugar was 30 . Had to have an ambulance come and take me to the hospital. I would never put a loved one in this place.

I would like to thank Kali and her fantastic staff who helped me rehabilitate from a fractured femur into my home in 11 days. Your facility is beautiful and impeccable in its environment, and especially of the care and kindness of all your staff members. I certainly would recommend your facility without hesitation. I am deeply grateful. Thank you.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They recently "cared" for my mother and were highly recommended. To be diplomatic, they need more training in communication (ie, don't tell me you are going to do something and then not do it with no explanation as to why. Don't tell me you won't wake a patient for pain management "because sleep is important for the healing process" and then wake them up EVERY morning at 4am to take vitals). Many, many times it seemed that when the family & patient have come to an understanding about managing care, there was no follow through and/or getting every aspect of care communicated to nurses, PT and OT. Many instances where we were "misled" about what would/could happen. At the end of her stay, my mother had a fall (someone moved her walker and did not lock it down, resulting in it collapsing with her in the bathroom). NO ONE at the facility thought it necessary to have x-rays done to ensure she hadn't damaged the recent hip repair (why she was there) or done any further damage. Then characterized her inability to walk because of the additional pain sustained as "refusing therapy". She was discharged to their home health service and found out today that they never actually enrolled her in their care, because she "refused therapy". Ummmm, no that's not what happened. Subsequent x-rays and follow-up with the surgeon who recommended she wait a week before resuming prior PT. Hired a different home health company and therapist is actually TRYING to help her as she hasn't been able to walk since her fall, although she was prior to the fall. In conclusion, they have a nice facility (smells good), but the offices I had meetings in seemed cluttered and disorganized (with piles and stacks and people couldn't find forms/pamphlets/contact info). General staff is pleasant. But "management" (nurse, PT, business, discharge) needs better training in customer service, communications and, frankly, honesty.
