Revere Health Imaging St. George

If your child needs an MRI, I would not recommend going here. My daughter has had previous MRIs, at the hospital, and I have always been allowed to go with her to the imaging room. This is not the cause at Revere. They said I could not go with her and asked me to go back out to the waiting room. I went out and asked at the front desk. I told them my concerns. She is a 14 girl and was not comfortable being taken back alone with a man. Who by the way looked very unprofessional in his appearance. I will, in the future, pay the extra cost to go to the hospital.

Hello, My name is Bethann Ryan. On 10/19/22,Revere Health Imaging St George office called to inform me that my Doctor, Matt Irvin would be performing my surgery on 10/27/22, not 10/26/22 which was scheduled me by Dr Irvin's assistant, Kevin. The caller told me Dr Irvin only performs my procedure on Thursdays. I first would like to inform you, I live at the North Rim of the Grand canyon, a three hour drive from your st George office. I told the caller on 10/19 my situation and would appreciate clarity. She assured me she'd call back. I never received a call. On 10/24/22, I called for clarification concerning my surgery. For example, Which day am I scheduled, what do I do after surgery. Again, I was told by your office they would get back to me. I attempted to talk to Dr Irvin assistant but couldn't get through, I left a message. On 10/26/22, I drove to my surgery appointment. Two hours into the drive, I called Rever Imaging to ask the above questions again. The Imaging employee told me, I needed a driver post surgery If I'd known this, I'd have arranged this. I'm enduring great deal of pain still in my neck. I paid, 95.48$ for a hotel believing I'd stay following surgery, and spent 30$ of gasoline only to not receive my surgery. I was never told I needed a driver following surgery. Of course, I've received nothing but erratic communication concerning a medical procedure. Very alarming Bethann Ryan

In and out in 15 minutes for an MRI. Only one day out on scheduling. Could not be more impressed. Staff was friendly and very competent.

The Imaging Center is inside the Revere Urgent Care building. No signage on the building says that. Google maps said i had arrived when I was still a little way from the building. Its across the street from Lin's.

Great experience today! Thank you to Dr. Fairbourn for meeting with me, showing me my images and putting my mind at ease. I definitely recommend this center.
