        We closed on our cabin property in 30 days. Joe and his team worked really hard to get our loan funded. This was our 2nd home so the rules are a little different than when we bought our first home. Joe and his team are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Both Joe and Sue worked late and on the weekends to help complete this transaction on time.
