First of all, these crutches have been amazing for my husband who is tall and athletic and needed strong crutches. Secondly, he used them so much that he needed a soft handle replacements, as it tore off from the screw. I emailed customer service ON A SUNDAY and within 15 minutes ON A SUNDAY, had a personalized response from Clint. He mailed the replacement part to us and we had it within a couple of days. My husband was able to replace it and the crutches are good as new! Great product and great customer service!

This is an excellent company and an amazing product! I am going to have knee replacement surgery and I needed something in the meantime to help me get around and not put pressure on my knee. I started looking for options I could use when traveling and found their awesome folding crutches. That feature is only the beginning of how amazing these in-motion pro under arm crutches really are! And the customer service is out of this world! Thank you for an amazing product which is giving me the relief I need!

If there were 10 stars I would check them! Customer service is alive and well at this company and they really came through for me. I am scheduled for major foot surgery and the supply chain issues became quite apparent when shopping for ergonomic crutches. NO ONE had them. I took a chance and called the manufacturer directly and one of the owners called me last night in response to my vm. My crutches are on their way FEDEX and I am beyond words! This company is a shining example of customer service and going above and beyond!

The Customer Service I received at Millennial Medical Equipment was above and beyond exceptional. I could not have been offered more kind, compassionate and lightning fast service. They truly follow their business motto: "Be Kind. Be Generous. Always pay it forward." Their product is as outstanding as their Customer Service. Without question the best crutches available. I use their forearm crutches and they are feather light (but sturdy & strong) with their AMAZING ergonomic molded hand grip that literally is to die for if you are a crutch user. And to top it off their Spring Assist Technology and Articulating Crutch Tips are the whip cream and cherry so to speak on this INCREDIBLE product. Clearly I do recommend Millennial Medical as a company and their products.

My dad was booked for a last minute surgery, and being that hes 68, a lot of places did not have immediate stock of tall crutches. We looked on Amazon, and without shipping, the same crutches from Millennial Medical were marked up to $350 from an independent seller. I called to see if there were more cost-effective options with fast shipping, and Justin spent an hour finding solutions for us. My dad and I were just talking about how it seems like no one goes above and beyond anymore, and coincidentally enough, Justin proved his comment wrong. Were very grateful for the remarkable customer service, and will recommend Millennial Medical every chance we get.
