        Saint city is amazing! My kids have been going here for quite awhile and everything about it has been fantastic. The Kohlers are some of the most amazing people I have ever met & ive noticed a great improvement in not only the skills they are teaching my kids but in their confidence and attitudes. You definitely wont regret signing your kids up or when yourself!!

        Great place for kids and adults. The classes are always a different routine. The coaches are a kind, loving, and professional family. They work well with our special needs kids and I love seeing them improve in their confidence and skills in the kids Krav class. I highly recommend them.

        It's a really good workout! And the coaches are very nice! They teach you very good self defense and things you need to know! I've lost lots of weight going there! And everyone is amazing

        I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The owners/instructors are AMAZING!! The classes push you farther than you think you ever would be able to go and the coaches are there the whole way with encouragement and love! The people at the gym, both instructors and fellow class mates have become like family to me. A great safe space to get a good workout, learn self defense and get stronger!!!

        Best gym in town. I walked in for my first class and immediately felt like family. The classes are great. Cardio and strength. The Krav Maga classes teach real life self defense! The instructors are there for you for all your fitness goals!! I highly recommend this gym for all your fitness needs.
