Brandon was incredible to work with! I looked at other jewelry stores for the perfect setting for my diamond but was unsuccessful finding anything I liked. I took in pictures to Brandon and the whole customization process was flawless! He was so quick to to make my ring and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

After reading reviews, stopped in to see Brandon for just a small repair on my wedding ring. He treated me like I was buying a new ring. Excellent service, and such a nice person. I personally find it hard to find this kind of service in St. George. Would highly recommend.

I came to Brandon to have my wedding ring redone. We talked about the redesign and to get a new center diamond and was very happy with what we came up with. I came time to pick it up and found that he hadn't used the original metal and my ring was quite a bit lighter than before (my ring was heavy for a ring) and he said that it was basically the same amount (?) I for the most part was happy with it. Upon inspecting I found that he did not used cjedthe same metal that I had before. (Which was how I found out he didn't use the same metal) I was heart broken. I reached out to him and he did a complete redo and fixed the metal. However I am writing this review now because it has been barely a year since I had him make my ring and about 6 months ago I noticed that the white gold had a yellow hue to it and was gradually getting worse. Not only that, I have already lost my center diamond.. again! My diamond being lost was the reason I did a redesign in the first place. Now I am out $1800, not my original white gold and a ring that has a yellow hue.
