An exemplary team. Unfortunately, Allstate, not the Shonie Agency, demanded that I meet a standard for tree trimming that I would not comply with. I leave on good terms with the agency and wish them nothing but the best in the future.

Shonie Allstate Insurance has taken great care of our home and auto insurance needs. I have always felt that the staff at the Shonie office has cared about the wellbeing of my family giving us a feeling of welcome security. I recently called my ALLSTATE (Shonie Insurance) regarding the increase in our premiums. I was NOT happy with this information and decided to cancel with them. (After talking to many friends, I later learned that increases were standard in the industry since Covid.) After a lengthy discussion with owner SHONIE, I decided not to cancel. I was very impressed with Shonies staff from the first time I spoke to them. With each encounter, their main objective has been to give me excellent service. Because of the outstanding service we received from ALLIE, KAYLEE & SHONIE (and other Staff), I was convinced that we wanted to stay with ALLSTATE and not look into other options. It was a pleasure to know that they were doing all they could to answer ALL my questions regarding our increase with them (and in the industry) to my satisfaction. And SHONIE did! It is sometimes hard to find Reps & Agents (in any business!) who are conscientious and courteous and make ME their No. 1 priority! They do. They did! I wholeheartedly recommend SHONIE INSURANCE for the very personalized service they extend. In closing, I have always subscribed to the statement: "One (me) can normally get a lot of bees (anything!) with a little bit of honey (kindness)." My personal daily goal is to always be kind, courteous and respectful. (1) Their entire staff displayed the same. (2) Obviously they have the same goals!
