        Very nice people with a 70 year old nicely renovated motel. This is NOT a "3-star hotel". When it did not meet our expectations based on the internet overview, the people politely canceled our reservation and refunded our money.

        First the inside of toilet wasn't clean. We had to leave and when we came back to our hotel I couldn't open the door, I had to drive back to office ( I was at the far end and it was cold outside and extremely tired) she redid my card. Went to room and it still didn't work. She redid key a second time, still didn't work. I had to drive down for the third time and she's like I'll walk down there with you and open it sometimes it freezes. She comes down and she can't get it open with her key. So we have to wait in the car while she goes and looks for something to heat up the door... thirty minutes later it opens. I'm saying if they knew they had a problem with the door why make the quest go through that and not just fix the problem?

        The staff was so kind. It's centrally located in st. George which was so nice for our quick stop in st. George on our way to California. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a long long time! They had so many amenities I wish we stayed longer! We will stay here again!

        2024 - The updates they did are amazing! The breakfast is great, rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. They gave our kids a couple miniature pink flamingos (their signature thing) and our kids hiked them everywhere with them. 100% would stay here again with my family. 2018 - Pretty good stay for the marching Band. Solid breakfast options and clean accommodations. Rooms: Rooms have been updated and feel modern and bright. Safety: The parking behind the hotel feels secure and secluded. Food & drinks: The hotel breakfast is well done and has a lot of variety. This hotel is right next to the best restaurant in St. George called Cafe Sabor.
