Clean room decently priced for a pet friendly hotel.

the room was okay. the parking terrible, breakfast hard boiled eggs and bannanas or bunch of carbs and sugar. what bugged me was the hours of the hot tub pool doesn't open till 9am it's also outside so I can't imagine using that in the southern Utah summer at all 7am in the end of March would have been perfect. mostly giving 2 stars for the price. we expected better for paying that much. also fyi the website says no pets but the hotel has signs that they are dog friendly which is it??

This best way I can describe this place is stay far away!! To start the rooms are not pleasant and smell. After driving to get here all day my daughter went to take a shower and the knob came right off in her hand, but before that it just spun around you couldnt turn on the water. Called front desk 6 times with no answer so went down there. Lady stated she was too busy to answer the phone, yet it was slow. While we waited for maintenance to show up I took my dog for a walk. I saw several men going in and out of rooms with alcohol and women yelling at them. When I went upstairs there were the men I saw walking around and were clearly not sober. I didnt want them around my daughter and asked for a new room. This turned ugly really fast and we were told to leave. Front desk called up to our room during this and said not to deal with those guys that its best we leave. My husband got surrounded by 7 men all trying to get us to go their hotels down the road. We found a new room at a different place at 10:30, which I wont list those conditions here. Needless to say we moved 3 times in less than 24 hours. Yes we should of called the cops, but I just wanted to get my daughter out of there ASAP! The guy that runs this place and the conditions are disgusting and Ill be fighting for my money back no matter whats! No body should ever feel that unsafe!!!!
