Fleettrack GPS

I own Mikes company. Our trucking company has been using them for a while Our unit has not been working for three months . They will not answer the phone. The couple times they did answer they blamed the problem on some one else. We have 2 phone numbers. Voice main is full from the owner. I would check them out close before you consider them for a company for your gps tracking. I am a small business owner. Reviews are important. But you should at least have someone answer the phone or call back. They said they would send a letter to my drive saying we where out of compliance because of them. 2 months later no phone call no letter. Not good customer service or product. Find a different company.

Fleettrack service is second to none! Brian, Britney and the rest of the team have been awesome to work with. We were nervous to switch providers, but they made the switch as seamless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a telematics company.

Our experience with FleetTrack GPS has been extremely outstanding. We now have GPS and temperature monitoring units on our trucks. Our dispatchers use the real-time location map to find how far out the driver is from point of destination without having to call the driver. When one of our trucks broke down we were able to send help by locating a nearby truck. We can also run various reports such as mileage, speed, or just a detailed summary report. When it comes to customer satisfaction FleetTrack goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. You can always count on a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable representative. We highly recommend FleetTrack GPS for all your tracking needs.

After reviewing multiple fleet tracking options, we at Southwest Mosquito Abatement District found that FleetTrack GPS is the best deal with the best customer service and support out there. We love the maps and reports that are available through the system. We'd highly recommend this service for any fleet!
