Pearl, we're sorry to hear that you felt that our front desk lady had poor customer service. For training and security purposes, we record our phone calls and have cameras on site. We reviewed the phone call we received from you at 10:08am on June 24. You wanted an appointment that day. Our appointment schedule was full. You had mentioned that your regular dentist was not available to take care of you so you wanted an emergency appointment. Our front desk lady politely informed you that we did not have any available appointments and offered you our next available time or to contact your regular dentist to get on their schedule. You were persistent and insisted that you wanted an appointment that day. Our front desk told you again how we could help but that is not what you wanted to hear. Our cameras show that you decided to walk into our office to get an appointment. Our front desk had to inform you again that we did not have an appointment and when she could schedule you. You insisted on being seen. Our front desk had to finally ask you to leave because you weren't accepting any other option. We honor the appointments we set with our patients. If we are able, we do fit in emergency patients. Mutual respect and communication is expected from everyone in our office. When you started harassing our front desk, she followed protocol to ask you to leave.
