I would not buy a vehicle here again and would not recommend the experience I had to others. I bought a $17,000 vehicle that they had done mechanical work on and I was reassured there was nothing to worry about. No warranty, as-is. I brought the vehicle back the next day and multiple other times stating there were obvious issues. They did offer free labor to fix but I would have to take the truck to a different mechanic (on my own dime) to diagnose the actual problem, and pay for parts. After returning multiple times, I said I wanted my money back. They said “we will buy it back but we are a business and we are here to make money, so we will buy it back but we won’t give you what you paid.” I took the truck to a different auto shop and it cost over $2,600 just in the engine work/parts/labor that they had just worked on.

Jon and Taylor are fantastic, they saved me hundreds of dollars fixing a part on my car. I Highly Recommend Car Works LLC and specifically Thank You to Jon and Taylor for exceptional service!

Absolutely great experience. Worked with Taylor to secure two vehicles. He was professional and showed great attention to detail. One of the vehicles was brand new and he was able to secure it in less than 48 hours! The other was a 2005 full size truck and it had a couple minor issues. Rather than haggling about it, Taylor said he would fix all of it at no cost! You just don't get customer service like that anymore and it is a wonderful experience to be surprised when you do. John is also great and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help us. I cannot say enough about this small company and about Taylor and John - brilliant!

Run don't walk away from this dealership!!! My wife for several days negotiated with "Jon" for us to travel (8) hours to pickup a specific car they had on their lot. "Jon" knowing where we lived requested a personal favor to attempt to repossess a  car that was in a town two hours from us. At our own expense we traveled 4 hours round trip and was unable to locate the vehicle he requested. Based on the repossession letter he provided us. The next morning I take off my work,  drive (8) hours to St. George to be met by someone other than "Jon". This person had no clue that we were even coming.  "Jon" was unable to be reached by 3 different people when called. The person that was there was more interested in fixing a scratch on a truck then then trying to help us. Needless to say I'm out the money that I spent to help "Jon" on a the aforementioned repossession,  waisted a day of vacation time,  waisted fuel and wear on another vehicle to come on his word. Oh and to top it all off "Jon" sold the vehicle he had negotiated with my wife on prior to our arrival.. I am extremely pissed. Run don't walk away from this dealership...
