First of all, I called probably a dozen firms throughout utah looking for someone to make my live in partner and I a cohabitation agreement. Every other firm I spoke to, even those who specialized in prenups, said they wouldnt do it. So right off the top I was grateful for this office to even meet with me. Well in the meantime my cohabitation agreement needs turned into a custody dispute. I met with Benjamin Wilson and he spent way way more time with me than he had to. He answered absolutely every question I could think of and more. I was so impressed with him. His price was also very fair. Not questionably low - where you wonder why they cant charge more. But certainly not a price that had me concerned about his intentions. I havent been ready to file since we met, but I know when I do he will be the first and only person I will hire and I will have total faith in his competence and integrity.
