I called to ask about signing a settlement offer from one of their clients and the paralegal was the WORST person I have ever spoken to on the phone regarding a professional matter. I couldnt believe how awful she was to me even after I had started crying. I was calling to ask about an appointment, ask questions. This whole process alone has been so stressful and she made it way harder. If you can, avoid working with her.

I called about a case and was interested in retaining them. The phone call was the most bizarre thing. The person on the phone gave me the most stilted, phony, forced sales pitch, when I was already calling and wanting to talk about my case. They even started pitching the book this lawyer had written, about a completely separate form of law than my case. Absurd, I can't imagine how many clients they lose because of this sales process. I hope that in seeing this they consider listening to potential clients instead of pitching them their business like a used car salesman.
