I needed to have a Termite inspection in order to Refinance our home through VA. It was a requirement and unfortunately proved difficult due to the fact that most places i called said they wouldn't provide WDI paperwork unless i was a customer for no less than 1 year, or until after the loan was finalized. I tried Terminix who proved to be useless and damn near impossible to get in touch with anyone to schedule a time for the services. They didn't even call back like they said they would on a specific day. FINALLY I heard about this company through our loan agent, so i gave it a shot since i felt i had no where else to turn. When i called, the Owner was wonderful over the phone. He answered all my questions and assured me that he would provide all the paperwork and invoices i required for my Refi. process. He was even able to fit me into his schedule same day as the phone call. His price was very nice, especially from what pricing i was given from Terminix. THIS MAN WAS OUR HERO in our time of need since our Refi. was frozen until this inspection was completed. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You are truly amazing and i am very happy I decided to give you a chance :) I highly recommend you to anyone looking for your services. I also want to personally thank you for the additional information you provided my husband at the end of your inspection. The only thing in want in my life is picking up something from a corner in my house and not wondering if a spider is inhabiting/will crawl out of that something. And I'll never have to worry about that as long as they are taking care of my pest control. Don't go with anyone else but Tusa.

I love Tusa Pest Control. I've used them for about 4 years. They are reliable and they come out whenever I call them for in between scheduled service.

This company constantly goes above and beyond what's expected and takes the time to remove spider webs from places I cant reach. I really appreciate their hard work.
