Rob is the best realtor we have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the properties and the area. He is so patient and kind. We never felt any pressure to make an offer or purchase any of the many properties he showed us. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule which was super helpful since we were from out of the area. If you need a realtor, we would most definitely recommend him!

Rob was referred to me by family members who had a great experience in their new home purchase. We connected and looked at a lot of houses! Rob was available and responsive even when requesting viewings on short notice. Robs knowledge of the local area was extremely helpful. He also has vast knowledge of items to look for in homes that may go unnoticed to home shoppers. He pointed out pros and cons of every house to be sure we took everything into consideration. He wasnt in a rush for us to buy something and we never felt like he was tired of showing us houses. When we finally found the one we wanted it was a difficult negotiation with the other side on purchase price, repairs and appraisal coming in low, but Rob provided sound advice and kept us focused on the key aspects as we worked the deal. It all worked out for us better than what we initially went into contract for, and I believe that was due to Robs experience and knowledge. This is the 6th house I have bought and Rob is the best agent Ive worked with. He is currently working with my daughter to find her a home as well, I highly recommend him as your partner in looking for a home in Northern Utah
