brights lights has amazing customer service and they are so kind and wants to make sure you are happy with your service they are dedicated to making sure every single person has a good experience. I really appreciate that especially nowadays. I highly recommend bright lights!

They do a wonderful and efficient job with hanging and taking down our Christmas lights!! They are very excellent with their communication s well!! Would highly recommend using Bright Lights for your Holiday Lighting

Bright Lights have always installed and taken down the Christmas lights in a manor. Great company to use.

Used Bright Lights 3 years ago to put some lights outside to spread holiday cheer. Biggest mistake of my life. They had reached out to me and asked me if I would put my lights up early that year before Halloween and follow a link for a 10% discount but I had to pay in advance. I took them up on the offer and followed the link The next spring they claimed I never paid. I called them and spoke with a woman. She said the girls that handle billing had the bills all screwed up. She apologized. They have continued to harass me over the past couple of years off and on claiming I never paid. That being said, they have now turned me over to a collection agency and are demanding payment. My advice would be to never use them for lights, windows or anything.
