My rating was changed to a two-star rating because I in good conscious could not keep it at 5 five for a gym that does not go above and beyond. If EOS fitness can purchase hundreds of t-shirts to give away for free for five star reviews... Like they were doing today, then they for sure could afford simple water filters at all of the locations and replace them every once in awhile. The water quality at the Roy location is horrid. Since our bodies are made of about 60% of water, wouldn't you think this might be a considered extra health benefit of your gym, by providing high quality H2O as a water boy would say? The workers here let me know that they do not replace nor have intentions to replace any of the water filters at the Roy location or any of the other locations locally. But advice to EOS management and from a sales perspective; think about the potential of having more people want to come to your gym and drink your amazing filtered water because they are wanting to be fit and healthy. There is Great value in providing healthy benefits if you own a gym...! Other things that need review... The hot tub is always broken. Buy a new hot tub. The pool is always too cold and not regulated temperature like you say. Install new heaters and or fix. Lockers are broken most of the time and don't work, and there are not enough of them. Don't settle on or ignore the simple things that can make all the difference in making your gym great. Fix your broken lockers, replace your water filters. People pay big money for health and fitness these days. Why not make your Gym stand out above all the rest?

I wrote a review that was for the last six months. Today Im writing one for today. Congratulations to you. Our water aerobics class today enjoyed the clean, warmer water in the pool and the working hot tub. Well done. I give you 5 STARS. This past 6 months and especially since the new year the pool and hot tub have been sub par in operation. No chlorine in pool just last week. hot tub no jets operational and water temp minimal. Pool heater was broken for weeks and now the pool is a cool72 to75 degrees. Come on people. Are you trying to limit the number of limited ability people you serve if so youre going about it the right way. The only reason you got one gold star is your trainers try and your area surfaces are clean. Thanks for that.
