        These people are thieves. I was charged maintenance fees because the account I had is no longer an account they offer, so Ive been getting charged monthly fees for months which I never saw because unfortunately I trusted them enough to not look. I was told I would only be credited for 3 months because thats only as far as their system would go back. Banks have access to further back; Im not that stupid. Ill be looking for another bank.

        I dont understand poor reviews for this place. The staff are amicable and try to help you in the best way possible. I appreciate all the small talk they do to make your experience better. Banking is all about providing and building customer trust, and that's what they do. I think all telly bankers are great in this Branch.

        Im very disappointed in US Bank, they put our cards on hold without telling us, then when we called them, they said they needed to verify our address, then we sent them the needed documents, they decided that was good for a day. Then they shut off our cards again without telling us. We called them. Im very disappointed in US Bank.
