Jeremy, I'm disappointed you continue to make this a public matter. I sold your home, in a down market, at an offer price you accepted. I explained the seller and buyer brokerage agreement to you, which you signed, and preformed according to the agreement. Additionally when there were not enough of the type of homes on the market you were looking for, I knocked on doors on your behalf, called land owners for ground you could build on, and advertised on facebook that a client (your family) was looking for a specific type of home. At all times I represented you in a fair and honest way. After selling your home and while working on your behalf as a buyers agent, you asked to modify an agreement which you previously agreed to, after showing you many homes, of which one of them was the one you ended up purchasing. Your disagreement above was related to a new home construction, which is covered in the brokerage agreement you signed. In your own words, you waited for your agreement with our brokerage to expire, before purchasing a home. You ended up purchasing one of the homes I showed you. I don't appreciate your repeated vicious attacks on my character online. I have always been respectful and polite to you and your family. We live in the same town, dine in the same restaurants, and our kids attend the same school district. I'm disappointed that you would expect someone that is working in your best interests, and in your family's behalf to work for free.
