        I haven't made it to the hotel yet but have already received poor customer service. I booked the room for work and I inadvertently used my personal rewards points. When I caught the mistake I asked them to cancel the reservation so I could get my rewards points back and I would then rebook it and pay the full amount on my company credit card. They refused to accommodate my simple request. I am stuck staying in this place but will never do so again.

        Rooms: The beds are comfortable and I always get good sleep when I stay here. Noteworthy details: Jay is an outstanding person. He always remembers me by name and goes out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I've been coming to this hotel off and on for work for years now. During one of my stays it snowed a lot overnight and Jay was out shoveling the sidewalks. He saw me heading toward my van and insisted on shoveling a path for me and even cleared off my vehicle. If that's not service I don't know what is.
