Ruff housing is our dog's 2nd home. She loves it here, and it makes us happy that we have a safe place to let her run out her energy while we are at work.

Ruff Housing is fabulous! They take such great care of our dogs and the prices are outstanding. Great value. I also love the webcams they have in the daycare areas so you can check in on your pups while you're away! We always get a kick out of seeing our dogs playing with others.

They treat my puppy like it was their own. They send me pictures and videos of her having fun with her friends.

We brought our large dog in with a prong collar on, because he is so strong it is hard to control him if he gets too stimulated, and told them that once he went into the back they could take it off. On the video we could see, they didn't take it off for a couple of days. When they did take it off, it was in 3 pieces. He was supposed to have a bath, but never did, sounds like other negative reviews had the same experience. While watching the live video feed one morning, I noticed the dogs were all being very hyper. There was one female overweight Hispanic? employee who was pushing and hitting the dogs. She grabbed my dog by his collar and drug him off of the camera and when she returned with him, still dragging him, shoved him in his kennel. When we returned, our strong working dog was limping, and thousands of dollars later, found out he tore his shoulder. I'm wishing we screen recorded this so we had the evidence, but I didn't think fast enough at the time because I was kind of in shock. Do yourself a favor and never use this place, which is a bummer because it's the only real place in town.
