        I went to NAPA today for what should've been an easy battery purchase and swap but due to major corrosion on the terminals and wiring it all went down hill quickly. Parker came out and looked at the issues and knew right away what I needed to fix it. Not only that, he did all the work which involved cutting wires and bolting everything back in place so that I could be on my way. In today's world you just don't see people going out of their way to help people the way Parker did. Great customer service and knowledge and help that will never be forgotten.
