        We just completed our loan for a new build home with Kevin. He did such a GREAT job with what could have been a precarious position! I have recently retired, so our income decreased and we havent sold our existing home and this loan became a second mortgage. Kevin understood our situation and need and moved forward. Our underwriter was overly cautious and kevin continued to get more information from us to satisfy her. The whole process was smooth and done quickly. Thanks kevin!
