I loved working with Kelly. She is very professional. She took the time to explain every step in detail. She was very patient while we made decisions. Even came to me to get paperwork signed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will work with Kelly again.

If you are reading this, you’ve taken the first step in finding a great realtor! We made the mistake of selecting some random guy on Zillow to show us a house, and that was a horrible experience from start to finish. When we decided to sell our home, I knew I had to find a good realtor to represent us. I knew a few agents, but felt that my best choice would be Kelly as she always did a good job with tasks that were given to her. I decided to contact Kelly and see what she would say and do about helping us because I knew she would be better than the agent we didn’t research. We were not surprised by how wonderful she is, but it grew from there to be the absolute best experience we could have hoped for. First, we contacted her to ask if she could help us. She came over in a mask (respectfully) and talked to us about the contract and lots of important things we needed to know. Kelly told us what she would do to help us and what to expect. She left us the paperwork to look over before making a decision. I appreciated the no rush or pressure to have her be our agent. We had a chance to read through everything and were able to fill out the paperwork before our next appointment. When Kelly came over the second time, she went over everything more in depth and she gave us pointers on what to do next. Kelly came over again a few days later and made sure everything was ready before having the photographer come over to do the pictures and walk through of our home. We were happy to have the photographer make up the photos of each room so you could move around in the picture to see everything in the house – the photo walk though was an added bonus. Kelly put up the for-sale sign telling us about it. I was very impressed with her and her company from the start. We were the ones who decided when we would list our home. We immediately had several people wanting to see the house. Kelly had a few zoom meetings with us after we received offers. We had our own link to look over documents at any time. Kelly kept in touch by text messaging as well. She told us about the offers she received on our behalf, and went over each one with us, giving us all the information necessary to make the best decision. She was always in touch and answered any questions we asked. She even gave us advice on the awful agent. My biggest regret is that I did not contact her from day one when we just wanted to go look at a house. I really wish she had been the one to represent us when looking at and buying a home. Kelly was always doing her best to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt like she was a great support, easy to work with, and always had our best interest at heart. When my mother passed away unexpectedly during this time, she sent beautiful flowers. I always felt like I could ask anything at any time and would Kelly would get a straight answer quickly. She made sure we knew what was going on, what needed to be done, and where we needed to be when it came time to sign the papers selling our home. She was very professional, yet I felt like I could count on her for anything I needed. When it came to moving, she not only lent us some equipment to help, she showed up and helped us move! I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy and sell a house. Everything she did was correct and perfect the first time. Kelly is awesome to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her as a realtor. I’m really glad I asked her to help us and to represent us. If I ever feel the need to move again in the Utah market, Kelly will be my first choice to contact. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is in the housing market, I know she will be a great agent to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

Kelly is amazing. She not only knows her industry backwards and forwards, but she went above and beyond in order to help us sell our home. She gave us solid advice and helped us to avoid some costly mistakes that we certainly would have made without her help. I can't list all of the ways she stepped up and helped, as a) there are too many, and b) I don't want to set specific expectations for everyone, but suffice to say that without her, I don't think we could have done it.
