I eventually got the help I needed but was ignores for a while. When I finally asked for help at the front desk the little brat 20 yr old boy at the front said, " I know it's doesn't look like I'm doing anything but I'm trying to fill an order for a customer" I said that's fine where can I find the drip line stuff and asked a couple questions. He did in fact come help me after he was "done" however, you shouldn't expect this place to be helpful I'd you are a retail costumer, they are build for commercial business

I needed a very specific irrigation filter. Mine had a crack in the filter housing. I couldnt find it or anything like it in any of the big box stores around town. I got told by others that they dont make this filter anymore. I got referred to the sprinkler supply store by a neighbor. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!

DIY guy, here who's installed 3 different systems but still needs knowledgable guidance from time to time. Sprinkler Supply Co. has knowledgeable staff always willing to lend their expertise and help me figure out the best thing to do. Only complaint I've had was wasting a few trips to find they haven't had inventory for certain things, but I think that was COVID related and I've experienced the same at big box retailers so can't blame them. Now, if only they'd give me contractor pricing...
