I have had so many issues communicating with the front desk and medical staff. Ive asked them to change the primary number on the account several times, and they continue to call my husband instead of me. Ive also had to drive to a pharmacy 3 different times and due to various issues, was unable to fill the prescription and when we finally got the issue resolved, the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and the front desk told me that they couldnt resolve the issue until another day because the doctor wasnt in office. My daughter has now been without medication for weeks. The incompetence is unbelievable. Ive never worked with such indifferent individuals in a medical office.

Reception staff are rude, horrible communicators. Called to set appointment for lab orders like my provider asked. They gaslight me and insist I had them drawn already. Ive never had my blood drawn here so thats not right. Wife called to do the same, they called back a week later as if we never tried. Same issue. Finally got appointments set. When I arrived today they said my appointment was canceled due to lack of orders. No heads up, no call, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just a waste of time and money. Will be going to another provider to avoid this mess.

I actually started new job and during my training I got sick and I needed to have a doctors note. Well I didnt have a way to get to the facility so I called them and they said well we can do a telehealth visit. Meaning they can do a face-to-face visit via computer, not having to even go in the office. And it was so helpful to me. Plus they were able to email me a copy of a letter for me to take to my work Showing them that I had been seen. But what amazes me most as I called in the morning and that same day I was able to visit with a doctor via computer, but it helped tremendously. I truly appreciate that kind of service

They said they dont deal with special needs people. they seem to not know what a yearly check up is because they kept asking what did I bring my client there for and I kept saying his yearly check up and still they were lost. Dont go there. I forgot to mention they did say, you know they have a clinic for those kind of people . They were referring to my autistic client.
