Sam's Club Tire & Battery

An employee damaged my vehicles brand new wheels and was extremely rude about it afterwards. After I filed a claim with their insurance company I was turned down for any reimbursement for their negligence. Also one of the Sams Club store managers that I spoke to acted as though I was trying to gain something from all of this that it was an inconvenience to his daily operations of the store.

They advertise savings on tired with free lifetime balance and rotation but when you go there to have your tired rotated they will not do it, instead they state they are overbooked and they dont have time. That happened to me, drove from Brigham City to Riverdale And they declined to do so. That was on 12/3/2022 at 4:32pm. Decided not to renew my membership because of this which expires on December as well. Shame on Sams Club.

You always get a pretty good price at Sam's Club but if you want great customer service and great technicians, places like Sam's, Walmart, and Costco are usually not where you want to be.

Gal in the tire center Made my whole day by helping me with a leaky valve I am putting air in my tire is making sure that they were the right fresher. I had no weight she was very professional and she was just completely awesome. Thank you again!
