        We have spent thousands of dollars at this location to replace all the flooring in our home. Including shipping from an out of state location because they were out of the kind we needed. It was not a cheap purchase, we get half way done with our last room and realize the rest of the flooring is completely damaged. We requested an additional 5 boxes to replace those. They said we would be responsible for $500 for new shipping to send them again. Im trying to talk to the agent (Jada) about it, Im frustrated but still being civil, she is talking over me, raised her voice and then hung up on me. Then the store wont answer their phone for me anymore. The worst customer service, they arent there to help the customer. And they filed a claim with fedex for the damaged goods. Not sure why they cant use that for the new shipping? I will NEVER use this company again. I have a half done floor and who knows when we will get the rest at this point because no one will help me.
