Wingstop

First time ever trying Wingstop, but I have been seeing their chicken sandwich advertisements and I like my chicken sandwiches so I'll give it a review. They told me it would take approx 10 minutes, it took about 27 minutes, no big deal I'm patient. I waited in the lobby and I noticed the employees were playing loud profanity laced rap music in the kitchen. Which is fine, but not family friendly. So I got my chicken sandwiches (one atomic, one cajun) and left, got home to notice they didn't put pickles on mine, and that makes the flavor of the chicken sandwiches complete. Neither sandwich had pickles, otherwise I would be giving this a 4 star review, but you just CANNOT under any circumstances forget the pickles on a chicken sandwich or the flavor is only the spice and not that great tangy pickle flavor mixed in

Jayden who took my order was completely rude. No customer service what so ever. I understand how it feels when someone comes in thirty minutes before close. I have and still currently working in the customer service area and worked in a restaurant. But the customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I would never treat a customer like that. So yeah.

Literally the worst/rudest service I have ever experienced, I dont mind waiting for food but when the cashier is telling you to leave because theyre behind by 30 minutes is not a good look. Also it is like 4PM on Saturday and the other employee in the restaurant was SITTING on the prep counters on their phone.. yikes, maybe this is why theyre behind? Left with no food, will not return, and its unfortunate because Im new to the area. Oh well, took my business next door over to chipotle where I got out in 5 minutes

I have been here twice, and I don't get why people like it so much. The wings are expensive and the service is slow. The wings are fine, but nothing special. Food : 4/5 | Service : 3/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 More

Cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. Once I told him to cancel my order due to his behavior. Me and my family walked away, and he kept making fun of us. Extremely disappointed in the service will never be coming here.
