Day ( his name) once again saved the day by showing me detail payments I had made. I shud have a $70 month for unlimited coming up according to him every month just as the Verizon rep back in Jan promised for free Motorola Edge phone agreement.

Jill and Stockton on the business side are truly not that great.because of their mess up setting my 5 phones Verizon has been charging me an extra $100 a month for 6 months because well apparently no one at Verizon really knows how to do much of anything as far as billing goes...... this has truly been a horrible grueling 6 months of weekly phone calls and I am still stuck, because they could not do the right paper work after around 10 hrs. Of them "trying" to get my account started..... I absolutely d not recommend.

Lara rocks, she has taken care of me with getting my twin daughters their tablets and set up, went through the numbers on getting me my s24 ultra and confirmed my phones condition for the trade in value, all while treating me like a person and totally professional at the same time, great people skills. Too expensive with too many hidden fees. Customer service just made the problems worse.
