        I pay a service to setup my car rental. Get there and no car but still had to pay my travel agent. I had to go elsewhere because they did not have a car that was not an upgrade. I use Enterprise regularly and you would think my status mattered and it did not. Wont go back here. Had to go to Budget otherwise I would wait until 6PM and then they would upgrade me.. oh and thanks for the canned answer, sorry but not sorry. Go to budget in Ogden folks they will get you a car no matter what
