        Working for Unicity is a very laid-back experience. The company treats their employees well, but unfortunately, the management is saturated with nepotism and lazy leadership. The CXO, for example, is rarely on-site, unreliable, and tactfully mistreats people she dislikes. Collusions have formed that bleed down the hierarchical chain, so poor work ethic is ubiquitous throughout the company.
