Excellent people to work with! We hired them for light and drape and rented chairs and linens too. Super flexible and accommodating. They worked quickly, professionally, and were so nice! We had a scheduling issue that was totally my fault and they agreed to come earlier than scheduled. Everything turned out beautifully. We were so happy to work with them.

We used Mountain Event Rentals for the outdoor lighting at our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough! I worked with Austin to book our lighting and his communication was excellent. He was willing to provide me multiple quotes to find the package that worked best for our needs and budget. The gentlemen who came to set up were very speedy and efficient and the finished product was AMAZING! The lights absolute exceeded our expectations and added the perfect touch to transform the reception space. I cannot recommend this company enough and would love to use them again in the future.

Mountain Event Rentals was so great to work with for our reception lighting, (we ordered ten, 40ft strands of string lights) I cannot recommend them enough! I communicated with Austin throughout the entire process & he was able to make a last minute accommodation when the venue ended up having a tent up for weather concerns, he was able to change plans on the spot. Showed up on time & then showed up to take down the lights that same evening. They are also the best priced lighting company that I came across in Salt Lake & Utah counties!

I wish I could give these guys a better review because the final product was definitely worth it. The issues I had with them are, first they were an hour late to the venue to begin setting up which pushed everything else back on the schedule. When it's a wedding day, you cannot afford to lose an hour of your scheduled events. Second, when they were taking down their decorations, they took MY decorations also!!!! I had silk floral and chiffon for the asle runners. It took me two weeks to get back just the silk floral, and I still haven't received my chiffon!! They are terrible in responding to communication. JJ claimed "someone in a tux told him to take the items". There was absolutely no one in a tux at the wedding. The contract was with Mountain Event Rentals and myself, so only myself would have authorization to give anything away.

Working with Mountain Event Rentals was a great experience. They are easy to work with and were so flexible with my needs. They had great customer service over the phone and even more so in person.
