      image I used them for them for my 2022 taxes, paid them and what I owed at the office, and thought I was done, but I got a letter from the IRS saying I still owed over $800. So I took that to H&R Block because they claim to back up their work, but they said they didn't know why I still owed that and so they wouldn't cover it. So I paid that off, but I have continued to get letters from the IRS for the past 6 months with new charges every time. The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is because I think they did good with my returns from the year before but, I was getting money back that time so even if they did a poor job, it's not like the IRS would send me my overpaid money back out of the kindness of their hearts.
