My wife and I had the best experience our first home with Nate! He educated us on everything buying a home entails to different mortgage products and beyond. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We specifically wanted a hole with and ADU apartment in it so help pay the mortgage. He was on the look out and provided my homes with this very specific detail we wanted. In the end, after receiving the idea from Nate that we could buy I newly built house and build and ADU into the basement, that is the route we went. He went to bat for us when the builder was trying to push us around and negotiated a few extras in our deal that worked to our favor. He helped us find the best loan product and delivered smooth and rather stress free home buying experience. I would say his only DOWNFALL is that he didnt roll out a red carpet when we got the keys!;) but other than that everything as good as we could ask for. Nate is your guy.
