I have loved working with David over the past couple years for a couple houses that we have purchased over the last couple years. Hes very knowledgeable about the real estate market and help me secure down a good lender as well as being creative in listing our properties. I feel like David is an extremely good negotiator too and has helped us in that regard as well. He is very up-to-date with the market and has always helped us find places within a matter of a few weeks. Rise Utah Realty has been terrific

We rented from this company and I do not recommend ever again. They stole our money and charged us for things we did not damage. While we were renting, our window had broken( weird because the house was brand new) and we asked the manager to get it fixed. It was never fixed. So we were leaking air for months. I asked the manager several times and he did nothing. They claim we had animals there without consent yet they never confronted us. They claimed my animals made extensive damage. The manager was also over 45 minutes late one day and I had to give a prospective tenant a tour. Super inappropriate. Im not a manager, he should have taken care of that. They also never did a end of renting walk through. The manager didnt even show up. I would not recommend this company if you are looking to rent.
