Their cartridge was a genuine remanufactured Epson cartridge rather than a Chinese knock off. The cost was a small fraction of new. They had it in stock too. I love supporting locally owned businesses to keep money in the local economy. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

Super helpful. Best way to refill your toner for your home printer. The owner even gives you pointers if you are still having some print quality issues and what to or where to go from there. The only thing I wish they did was reload the toner for much bigger MFP printers.

I went into Iguana Inks & Toner all frustrated because my HP 8600 stopped printing. My initial question was can it be fixed, and if not where to recycle the printer. And what printer brand should I buy next that would not end up in the repair shop after a few months use. The store owner is a treasure trove of knowledge about printers and inks. He has the science background and ability to answer all sorts of questions about printers and ink. Like, did that cheaper ink I bought online damage my print head or was it just from lack of use? I asked him easily a hundred questions and he fielded them all calmly and professionally and took up his personal work time just for my printer. The best part is he found a solution for my printer problem at an extremely fair price. He saved me a lot of money. Grateful to have a working printer and to have found a knowledgeable person/place that will sell me quality ink and fix printers at a reasonable price. So grateful to have found Iguana Inks & Toner. Yippee!
