I've used them twice. Each time, they gave me a bid, did the work properly, and completed the work on time. We had a reason to go to the actual facility one time and it was all very professional. I can't think of a good way to drag out the review. I will use them for all the work I need done that they do. Services: Water heater installation, Toilet installation, Faucet installation

We had our hot water yearly service done. I dont have any complaints about the quality of the work. But I had requested a quote when I first booked my appointment. Amy told me that she would have someone call me. Not only did that not happen, but she did not put me in the schedule. So I had to reschedule. When the technician arrived I asked how much it was and I was stunned at the price-140 more than last year, and double the year before. Hurts to be on a fixed income! Service: Water heater repair
